FLM Monthly C.A.R.E. Meeting

What to Know :

Join us for our monthly foster-parent C.A.R.E. meeting.  These meetings are a great place to gain support during your foster parenting journey as well as earn your yearly credit hours if you are part of SVSS or HRSS offices.  Each month we will have childcare and dinner provide for all those that attend.  Each meeting we will have a different speaker / topic that will include support and education about caring for your foster child, and ways to help you through this journey your whole family is on.  Please note that ALL that plan to attend MUST RSVP via Facebook or via e-mail with number of adults and number of children that will be attending so we can get a head count for our dinner and for childcare.

The Month of March is Social Worker Appreciation Month

​

We will be celebrating and thanking our local SVSS workers with a FLM coffee mug and a lunch during the month of March.  We know that the job of a social workers is not only a never ending job, but we also know that the amount of love and care they put into our foster children and the families that care for them is priceless.  Make sure you thank you social workers this month in some way!  Also - be on the lookout on our Facebook and Instagram pages to find out ways you can give a "shout out" to your special social worker!!
